Traceability
Traceability is the ability to track every product batch from manufacture to its final application. Plastiform impressions make it possible to maintain control over time, as the replica remains intact under controlled conditions.
Where to Find the Batch Code
- Cartridges: Printed on the cartridge body near the product reference.
- Pots: Printed on the pot label or embossed on the base.
- Bulk containers: Printed on a dedicated label sticked to the container can or cartridge.
Record this code in your inspection records alongside the impression and its measurement data. If a quality issue arises later, the batch code allows us to inspects further.
Certificates and Documentation

Record Keeping Recommendations
For each impression taken, retain:

- Product reference and batch code
- Operator name or ID
- Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity)
- Measurement results
- Any anomalies or deviations
Retention periods should match your industry requirements.
