Description

The DP-400 is a pneumatic gun that allows the application of two-component products in large plastiform volumes without effort. This accessory allows operators to make it easier to take repetitive impressions with 400mL cartridges.
It can be used with all 400mL cartridges and can also be installed on your production lines to automate injections over a specified time interval.

Repetitive tasks can be difficult for operators, which is why the DP-400 is highly appreciated by people who make a lot of impressions every day. The DS-73 Automatic Doser is compatible with this gun, which will allow you to inject a given volume of plastiform over regular time intervals.

This accessory is only compatible with 400mL plastiform cartridges. It mixes at a 1:1 ratio, creating a homogeneous mixture and optimal polymerization of the products.
The pneumatic gun eliminates the hassle of manual applications as is the case with the DS-400.

NB: You must equip an injector adapted to your cartridges before starting the application, otherwise the products will not be mixed.
