Description
LR-3C is a fast-curing rigid resin designed for rapid reproduction of parts and impressions.
With a demolding time of 15 minutes, it allows for faster cycle times compared to the standard LR-2C system.
This fluid resin flows easily into complex shapes and reproduces fine details. It cures to a hard, white solid suitable for visual inspection, roughness comparison, and dimensional checks.
The faster reaction time generates slightly more heat, making this resin optimized for small to medium-sized volumes.
LR-3C is intended for time-sensitive applications where immediate results are required. It uses a simple 1:1 mixing ratio and requires no special equipment for processing.
LR-3C is suitable for:
- Rapid prototyping: producing rigid copies in short timeframes
- Visual inspection: creating positive replicas to inspect surface finish or defects
- Quick metrology: enabling faster turnaround for dimensional control processes
Mix components A and B rapidly (approx. 45 seconds) and pour immediately. The mixture has a short working life of 4 minutes.
