PLASTIC is a clear, transparent, and fast drying acrylic varnish designed to serve as ann anti-corrosion protective coating for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and various technical surfaces.
This versatile, multi purpose varnish delivers exceptional adhesion across a wide spectrum of materials, bonding effectively to substrates such as metal, plastic, wood, cardboard, and glass without running when applied correctly.
Engineered to withstand demanding environmental conditions, the coating forms a durable barrier that is highly resistant to humidity as well as acidic and alkaline vapors, ensuring long-term protection for sensitive components.
The formulation is specifically developed to facilitate future repairs on printed circuit boards while maintaining strong insulating properties across an extensive temperature range from -70°C up to +100°C.
To assist with quality assurance and inspection processes, the varnish incorporates a specialized UV indicator, allowing technicians to visually verify the uniformity and quality of the application under ultraviolet light.
The Plastic can be used for:
- PCB protection by creating a conformal anti-corrosion layer that shields sensitive electronic connections.
- General surface protection where a transparent, insulating finish is required on metal, plastic, or wood components.

To ensure optimal adhesion, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned and free from any grease, oil, or wax contaminants before application.
Proceed to spray the varnish evenly over the entire target area, maintaining a distance of approximately 30 cm from the surface to prevent the formation of runs or drips.
