The F20 XL, initially very fluid, can easily infiltrate into different part openings. The F20XL is used for large impressions because of its long polymerization time.
The replica thus obtained is very flexible (final hardness of 20 Shore A), which allows it to resist strong stresses and deformations during its demolding.
The F20 XL is therefore recommended for impressions of complex internal shapes (threads, grooves, etc.), ensuring that the Extraction Constraint does not exceed 30%.
The impression is extremely precise, and all the details of the part (shape, appearance, dimensions, etc.) are reproduced to the nearest micrometer.
The plastiform copy is not deformed during its extraction, which gives a very efficient result. Inside the room, there will be no trace of the presence of the F20 XL.
The technical characteristics of the F20 XL also allow it to protect or save parts, it is an excellent substitute for sealing joints.
As with all high-volume products, the F20 XL has an extended working time (about 10 minutes). It is also for its polymerization time, close to 25 minutes. These temporal changes allow operators to pour the product into large spaces.

To carry out these applications, you must strictly follow the guidelines in the instructions for use. Mixing manually requires extreme attention to the quantities mixed and the working time of the product. We recommend that the F20 XL be poured slowly and that the product flow into every corner, paying attention to air bubbles.
