Varybond Regular Grade

Varybond Regular Grade (PGC90) is a premium anti-seize assembly paste and high-performance lubricant composed of mineral oils, graphite, copper, and aluminium powders. This advanced formulation prevents seizing, galling, and cold welding in threaded connections and mechanical assemblies subjected to extreme vibrations, high pressures, and aggressive environments.

Unlike conventional lubricants, Varybond Regular Grade creates a solid lubricant film that prevents direct metal-to-metal contact, protecting against fretting corrosion and ensuring easy dismantling even after years of service. The paste fills superficial cavities and irregularities, providing an excellent sealing effect that prevents the ingress of contaminants, fluids, and gases.

The compound exhibits unique electrical properties: it remains insulating in its bulk state but becomes electrically conductive under pressure (>10 N/mm²), making it ideal for electrical connections such as switches, circuit breakers, and line connectors. With an exceptional temperature range from -188°C to +958°C, it maintains performance across cryogenic and extreme high-heat applications without drying out or carbonizing.

Formulated with a lithium soap thickener, Varybond Regular Grade demonstrates outstanding material compatibility and corrosion protection. It meets stringent automotive specifications,  ensuring reliability in the most demanding industrial environments.
